“Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord and whose trust is the Lord. For he will be like a tree planted by the water, that extends its roots by a stream and will not fear when the heat comes; but its leaves will be green, and it will not be anxious in a year of drought nor cease to yield fruit.”

Jeremiah 17:7, 8 NASB

Hello!

Welcome to Jeremiah’s Tree Adventures™. If you’re reading this, it tells me that you’re a woman who has held together the lives of those you love, poured yourself out for others, and have made this world a better place because of your efforts. Many accomplishments are accredited to your name, perhaps through organizing and running your home like a well-oiled machine, through your career, through ownership of a company, or serving the Lord in your church or ministry. Volunteerism is more successful in your community, because of your giving heart and a willingness to serve others.

However, through those successes you may feel unfulfilled or sense emptiness because you have poured out so much for others, and you don’t feel as though anyone has poured back into you. Perhaps you’ve seen to it that everyone else around you is flourishing, and you realize that you’ve stuffed your own identity in a shoe box and stored it on a high shelf in your closet. Maybe you’ve discovered that your level of spiritual maturity isn’t where you’d like it to be, or you have sensed that God must have a higher purpose for you.  Is it conceivable that you’ve lost some of your joy and spunk, and would like to bring balance back into your life with quality fellowship and adventure?

You’ve come to the right place. Through the pleasure of reading, I introduce to you WANTED: God’s Women for AmericaAdventure Group. This set of twelve booklets will help you restore that longed-for balance. You’ll not only get to know yourself once again, but also you will deepen your identity in Christ. New friends will provide valuable fellowship, and a measure of enjoyment and adventure will be added back into your life.

I believe with my whole heart that a godly woman who understands her higher calling and puts into service her God-given strengths will help turn the nation back to its biblical backbone. With her voice she can minister God’s word to those in need of His truth or healing. With her hands and resources she can clothe the naked, comfort the hurting, and give drink to the thirsty. With her faith she can move mountains, mentor other women to do the same, and positively influence or lead others in her sphere of relationships and contacts. She will sense fulfillment by serving in her area of calling, no matter the task, and experience peace and joy as she journeys this adventuresome life with the Lord. But before you go any further, I’d like to provide more information about Jeremiah’s Tree Adventures™.
