The Rising and the Turning of the Tide

The feminist movement has confused women of God and often sends them in directions divergent of a country founded on biblical principles. Society often positions women on the sidelines, leaving them feeling unfulfilled and unable to make a difference with their God-given strengths and abilities. Disunity among God’s sons and daughters slow down the progression of God’s commission to “go.” Critically important, God is seeking women of strong and unwavering faith to help fulfill His plan for America. Triple doses of God’s Word will thwart the enemy’s attempt to render women powerlessness in their attempt to stop the flow and turn the tide in America. With courage, Christian women can use their gifts and strengths to lead the charge for change in our great nation.

Eve—The Early Pioneer

God created Adam and Eve for unified service in care of His earth. With no superiority or inferiority as part of the plan, God created Eve, not only to serve as Adam’s helpmeet, but also to serve as the leading pioneer for other women to follow. Made in God’s image, Eve received His courage to step into the unknown and obediently carry out His higher calling for her life. So can we!

The Titus 2 Woman

Women need other women! Experienced women—those either older in age or more spiritually mature—hold the answers to various dilemmas in life. Many less experienced women eagerly pursue the more experienced women, hungering for their imparted wisdom. Based on Titus 2:3–5, women learn how to refocus on godliness and mentor the younger or less spiritually mature women about the glory of being a woman in God’s eyes and honoring Him with her life and attitude of service.

Is Submission of God?

Submission—such a dreaded word for some! Women will learn to appreciate the true meaning of leaving, cleaving, and becoming one with their husbands. Understanding the beauty and meaning of proper submission in the marriage covenant, women will identify areas of lack in their marriage. When dishonor and disrespect damage the unity of holy partnership, women will learn to recognize the need to search their own hearts and turn their marriages into truly, God-honoring relationships.

Mary or Martha?

From conception, God has a plan for every woman’s life, which includes the use of her spiritual giftedness to serve Him. Looking at the Luke 10 example of Mary and Martha, women learn that most women, if they are allowed to serve God at all, are “forced into the kitchen.” While some are happy to be in the kitchen, others are more fulfilled when serving God by sitting at the feet of Jesus and serving Him in different ways. The strengths of various women in the Bible are revealed, which will assist in identifying the giftedness and strengths of each individual woman.

God’s Passion in Your Heart

Because Christ knew His identity and had an intimate relationship with His Father, He also understood why God brought Him to earth. Like Christ, God has placed a passion—a higher calling—in each of our hearts. He has given us the power of the Holy Spirit to reveal and lead us to avenues where we can serve God in our passions. Examples of biblical females serving God will motivate women. The audience will be asked to answer specific questions which will lead to the revelation of God’s high calling for their lives.

God gave Women a Voice—Speak Up!

Earlier women of faith used their voices in God’s behalf, despite ridicule long steeped in unbalanced traditions of society. They modeled a willingness to live their lives by biblical standards so that others would learn from them. Women will learn to search their hearts for impurities, for what resides in the heart will come out through the mouth (voice). When hearts are whole, women can discipline themselves with a bulldogged yet gentle and quiet spirit to break through societal barriers and obediently use their voices—with God’s calling in mind—alongside our brothers in Christ.

Boundaries that Strengthen

God taught the Israelites the importance of territorial boundaries to protect their earthly, spiritual inheritance. Unholy matters of the heart—the stoniness or bitter roots of the heart—occur often because we either lack boundaries or have erected the wrong type of boundaries (high walls). Women will learn the value of proper boundaries, identify improperly placed boundaries, and celebrate the repositioning of boundaries as God enlarges their territories . . . like Jabez’s. As well, they will learn to live healthy and spiritually blessed lives within their proper boundaries.

The Beauty of Balance

Some women learn the importance of balance early in their Christian walk. As temples of the Holy Spirit, women are encouraged to balance the care of the physical body, the feelings that influence their emotions, and the health of their spirit. Women will look at all three categories, understand what throws them out of balance, and become motivated to take better, overall care of their temples. When they operate at an optimum of health and balance, hindrances are minimized when advancing God’s kingdom.

Embracing God’s Inheritance for Women

When men and women—God’s children—accept Christ as Savior, they receive an eternal inheritance. Yet, while still on this earthly journey, we cherish blessings from God that come by living life and serving in His kingdom in a God-honoring way. Though we are blessed now, eternal crowns and rewards are collecting in our behalf. Like the children of Israel, we are admonished to protect our earthly, spiritual inheritance. While some believe that women have been robbed of their earthly inheritance, four major passages will encourage their hearts!

Sanctification: God’s Refining Glory Hole

For some glass objects to reach the height of perfection, or to make the glass more moldable, it has to endure the glory hole . . . the hottest furnace. Likewise, gold endures a similar process before reaching its dross-eradicated condition . . . its purified state. At times, God allows our hearts, character, and strong wills to go through His refining glory hole, to reach a level of sanctification—a purified state that more aptly reflects Christ in everything we do.

Reasons for an Adventure Group and How to Start One

This topic validates the rewards for women involved in a WANTED: God’s Women for America—Adventure Group.  Women do feel a need to reestablish their own personhood and search for their divine calling and giftedness. They hunger for the tenacity to move forward. They believe that they can make a difference, if given the chance, and still keep their family life intact. And yes, they also desire to balance their lives with a sense of adventure. A one-year commitment to an Adventure Group will bolster unity, courage, and a sense of spiritual well-being as they begin walking out God’s calling. Learn what an Adventure Group IS and what it IS NOT.
